In 2017 we organised five Regional Consultations!

Our Regional Consultations are held biannually and are crucial in helping us to reach our strategic goals and support our members in their mission. In 2017, with the support of our members, partners and donors we organised five Regional Consultations.

In these meetings we focused on re-defining an approach which is more inclusive and representative of the needs of children today. Child helplines highlighted the importance of strengthening partnerships and networks with civil society, as well as the private and public sector. We also stressed the importance of youth participation as a priority in our work, whilst mainstreaming inclusion and child protection in our policies. Looking to the future, we explored the roles that child helplines can play in making the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) possible.

Stay tuned for more information on our upcoming International Consultation!
