Piloting an Outcome-focused Evaluation Framework, Final Report

Between October 2011 and October 2012, Kids Help Phone Canada developed and then pilot-tested an outcome-focused evaluation framework for their telephone counseling services. The research project was carried out by an inter-departmental project team comprised of counselling, fund development and knowledge mobilisation staff. Read in the final report what interesting outcomes the study delivered and how Kids Help Phone used them to improve their telephone counselling services.
