I forgot my password, what can I do?

Please go to and click on ‘forgotten your username or password’.

How can I apply for a log in?

To apply for a log in, please click here to fill in a survey. Alternatively, you can download and fill in the Registration Form eLearning Child Helplines. After a few days, you will receive an email with your login details to the email you have provided on the form. Super easy! Should my team members have separate eLearning accounts?

Yes. When you sign up, make sure you write down all the names and email addresses for your team. Each person should have their own login.

I haven’t received my log in details, what should I do?

We register new users on a weekly basis, so it can take a few days before you can access the content. However, sometimes technical issues happen, so you can also contact us on

The eLearning modules are not working for me, what can I do?

Firstly, you can try and open the module in a different browser. If this does not solve the problem, you can check that you have the latest version of you browser downloaded. This is needed to make sure the interactions in the course work properly. If none of this works, send an email to and we will take a look. Be aware that the platform or the courses currently do not work on smartphones.
