22.01.2010Celebratory Regional Consultation in the Asia Pacific region
The location of this year’s RC in Asia Pacific took CHI back to its roots – Mumbai, India. The main focus of this Regional Consultation was outreach, fundraising and new communication technologies. Forty-six participants from child helplines throughout the region came together to share, exchange and learn from one another. The workshops and meetings provided representatives with ample opportunity to gain knowledge and share their experiences on a regional platform. Participants also visited the well known and oft emulated Childline India facilities in Mumbai.
